Empower At-Risk Youth Through Poetry and Creative Expression to Improve Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being

This donation opportunity supports a specialized poetry program designed to help youth in challenging circumstances, such as those in juvenile centers and group homes. By engaging in poetry and creative expression, participants can reduce stress, alleviate symptoms of depression and trauma, and gain a more positive outlook on life. The program also incorporates Social Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies, breathwork, yoga, journaling, and coping mechanisms to provide a holistic approach to emotional wellness.
